The Youth Olympic Pass will be free of charge and will give access to the Youth Olympic Parks and the stadiums. Capacity will be limited.

The Organising Committee will give out more details about the registration process and sports venues over the coming weeks through their social media networks.

Thirty-two sports; 3,998 athletes; 12 days of competition; 29 venues; 286 sport sessions; 1,250 medals; more than 1,200 cultural and educational activities; 1 Youth Olympic Pass to access the biggest multisport celebration in Argentina’s history.

The Buenos Aires 2018 Organising Committee announced on Friday details about their entry campaign for the Youth Olympic Games, which will be held from October 6 to 18 in the Argentine capital.

An individual Youth Olympic Pass gives free access to all the Youth Olympic Parks and competition stadiums. To obtain the pass, sports fans must register at www.buenosaires2018.com starting at the end of July.

The Pass will be in the form of a wristband containing a chip that will allow spectators to be part of a historic Olympic experience. The online registration process will be straightforward and the wristband can be picked up at various locations.

Hundreds of thousands of wristbands will be available, however, the parks and stadiums will have a limited capacity to ensure that Argentina’s first Olympic event is a memorable one. For this reason, a first come, first served system will be implemented, giving priority to those who arrive at the venues first.

The Organising Committee will give out more details about the registration process and sports venues over the coming weeks through their social media networks.

Four Youth Olympic Parks and four stand alone venues will be the setting for the Buenos Aires 2018 celebrations.
